Ion Cangea had been working for over two decades as a Financial Advisor at Capital One Bank. In 2018, Capital One sold their financial advisory business to Woodbury, one of the nation’s leading wealth management firms. As a top performer, Ion was asked by Woodbury to continue servicing his long- standing clients.
Over his extensive financial advising career, due to his commitment to the same financial institution and its customers, Ion had the opportunity to service four generations of clients of the same family. Ion helped his clients reach their financial goals including growing and preserving assets, and distributing the assets to the clients or to their beneficiaries in a most tax efficient way.
Ion’s outstanding education includes a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering obtained in Bucharest, Romania and a Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) in Finance earned at Columbia Business School in New York.
