Jorge Pizarro was not aware that he would find the career that he loves in the field of finance. Although, now, he would not have it any other way. Growing up in Delaware, the youngest in the family, Jorge learned very quickly how to be agile in whichever setting he may be. After finishing his schooling at the University of Delaware, Jorge decided to pack up his things and move to New York in search of opportunity in 2013. His quest would quickly land him a position as a Personal Banker at Capital One in Queens, NY. It was in his seat with Capital One that Jorge discovered his love for helping his clients through finance. Through relationship building with each client, he teamed up with the branch Financial Advisor to help them build and reach financial goals. Naturally, when the opportunity to become a
Junior Advisor arose, he leaped at the chance. Aiding in the run of successful practice in Capital One with Anthony Macaluso, when the transition to Woodbury Financial became a reality, it was only right the pair remained together to elevate higher.
Jorge takes a holistic approach when meeting with clients. While maintaining fiduciary responsibility, he uses not only client financial info, but family info and ongoing life events to create a fitting portfolio. Maintaining focus on client goals while celebrating each milestone. He builds and preserves each relationship with trust and care.
A family man, celebrating ten years of marriage, Jorge enjoys spending his off time with his wife and two daughters. Whether they are exploring one of the many great city parks, taking in a show, or doing work in the yard they are always within arm’s reach. He is sure to teach his children every day to work hard, be honest, and care for others while enjoying life every day.
